The IT Service Desk Manager leads a team of support staff who are responsible for assisting multiple domestic and international locations by troubleshooting and resolving IT incidents and requests. The ITSD Manager ensures the Service Desk staff are adhering to best practices and company-wide processes to ensure service excellence for the organization. Develops and trains help desk staff, and provides coaching and growth opportunities as needed. Analyzes service desk activities and develop tools and process improvements to optimize service and staff performance. The intern will work alongside the Events Team in event preparation and coordination. You'll have the opportunity to assist in planning the company's largest event of the year, OPTAVIA Convention along with other events as needed.

Directs warehouse activities to include returns, receiving, production, shipping and bulk shipping activities for the organization by performing them personally or through other team members.
- Inspires and motivates a team of up to 24 employees.
- Must meet production quotas set by the standards of that day. Ensure all items are received in at their proper destination according to documentation.
- Processes each received item immediately upon receipt to assure there is no missing or damaged merchandise that requires credit and or replacement of items. Damaged and/or missing items will be handled when discovered. Quick turnaround and shipping response must be met in a timely manner. Shipments must be verified.
- Must be able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events. Estimated orders process daily is 10-20 based on daily sales.
- To be able to train and oversee Bulk Specialist on a daily basis and to keep up to date with industry standards and compliances.

Responsible for the oversite of the 3PL management teams functions in of all aspects of Warehousing Operations in order to ensure that all Company policies are followed and that operating groups work in the most efficient manner possible to ensure maximum results are realized. This position works with several departments both internal and external to ensure material movement of product, raw materials, packaging, and mail items. Will provide direct and indirect supervision warehouse employees as it pertains to specific workflow, daily assignments including but not limited to ensuring data integrity in our computer systems, investigating inbound receiving issues and their root causes, troubleshooting general warehouse service failures and implementing solutions, ensure smooth flow of inventory throughout warehouse (includes receiving, inspection, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, billing, and HAZMAT.
