The Marketing & Communications Specialist assists in sharing the voice of OPTAVIA, copywriting both internal and external communication and design projects amongst cross-functional teams, for our OPTAVIA Coaches and Clients. This position is responsible for collateral production, communications, and promotion of all OPTAVIA events and programs. Additionally, the Marketing & Communications Specialist executes detailed communications and marketing plans and project tracking for OPTAVIA, as directed.
This position requires solid writing skills, great creativity, precise attention to detail, and extreme detail to processes. The Marketing & Communications Specialist will assist with the workflow of projects, moving multiple pieces seamlessly to completion with the ability to effectively partner with all levels of our employee base.
In addition, the Marketing & Communications Specialist will be responsible for proofreading deliverables, research, and will be working in an environment with a multitude of critical, overlapping projects with tight deadlines and budgets. This candidate will be responsible for communicating professionally and successfully with a wide range of people, both internally and externally, at all levels.
The Vice President of Sales & Field Development will be responsible for the development and successful implementation of strategic sales and field initiatives, training, business tools, events, and filed development that drive growth in OPTAVIA.
This Director of Channel Development and Expansion is responsible for identifying, developing and expanding our OPTAVIA Coach population in the United States. In addition, this role is responsible for developing, managing and analyzing programs to achieve said expansion.
The Director of Channel Development and Expansion will take a strategic approach to increasing the number of OPTAVIA Coaches by developing, managing, and analyzing channel-expansion programs, which are always tied to the Coach Success Process and ultimately our strategy.
Responsible for the general oversight, planning and coordination of warehouse operations. This includes leadership in managing workflow, delegation of tasks, continuous improvements and ensuring that all warehouse colleagues are properly trained in all relevant aspects of operations. Ensures adherence to state and federal laws, OSHA requirements, and all Jason Pharmaceuticals work rules and guidelines. Ensures hourly and daily quotas are met and with required accuracy rates as well.
Oversees a staff up to 20.

The Raw Commodities Managers responsibility is to lead the commodity sourcing process both domestically and internationally by utilizing negotiating and relationship management expertise with vendors, strategizing methods of cost reduction, developing and analyzing financial allocations for raw materials and contributing valuable service to the company and its customers. The Manager will contribute to procurement department with legal and ethical means of ensuring lowest total cost of raw materials, clarifying vendor requirements and identifying opportunities for business improvement. Daily responsibility for forecasting, planning, organizing, and directing the purchasing activity for the above including, but not limited to, preparing bid packages/RFP, supplier selection, price negotiations, contract development, supplier on-boarding, supplier management and building strong stakeholder relationships.

The Client Success Supervisor will be responsible for providing representatives with the tools and support needed to ensure customer service excellence and sales goals are met. Responsibilities will include developing, coaching, and supporting a highly effective team of Client Success Representatives (CSRs). This position will manage a staff of 10-15 CSRs to meet established KPIs including: scheduled adherence, call metrics, service levels, customer satisfaction percentages, and sales conversion rates based on departmental goals. Partner with internal customers to resolve escalated customer issues received through Executive complaints, OPTAVIA Coaches, Shipping Support inquiries, CSR escalations and QA/QC complaints.

Customer Service Reps support our clients by entering orders, providing program and product information, resolving issues, and other service related tasks. They handle 40-60 contacts per day in the company’s inbound sales and Client Solutions Center that receives over 1 million calls and emails per year. Customer Service Reps create an ultimate client experience for our clients by delivering service in a professional and caring manner. Customer Service Reps are qualified to provide general client support.

The Brand Manager supports the management of the Medifast brands and the product and program pipeline from strategic funnel development and consumer testing through commercialization and product lifecycle management. The Brand Manager works in partnership with Product Development, Scientific and Clinical Affairs, Supply Chain, and others.
