This position is responsible for verifying that all raw materials including ingredients and packaging materials comply with Medifast specifications. In addition, provides support to the Owings Mill manufacturing plant (OM1) to assure that all SOPs for manufacturing are properly executed and that raw ingredients/packaging material and finished product for Co-Man’s meet quality and sensory targets. He or she executes the necessary analytical and biochemical testing (SWABS) for protein and microbiological assurance as per FSMA preventive control program. Participates in sensory evaluations to ensure the quality of products received from co-manufacturers are within Specification.

Warehouse Worker is responsible for all aspects of warehouse functions including picking packing, filling pick locations, void fill, material handler, taping, inserts, handling, shipping, and preparing of product for customer delivery while maintaining the warehouse in a safe and orderly fashion.
This is a 2nd shift position from 4pm - 2am

This position encompasses both Finance and Operations support for the distribution, transportation and manufacturing activities of the organization. The Financial Analyst will support the day-to-day financial needs of the operations organization, inclusive of all accounting and financial activities. This role collaborates with financial and operational teams to deliver productivity. The Wave Planner will assist in prioritizing work flow throughout the distribution center in order to meet business needs. The Director of Global Sourcing is accountable for leading global strategy development and deployment to manufacture / source and commercialize innovative and best-in-class products inclusive of raw materials, packaging materials, and contract manufactured finished goods (food and non-food items). This position will closely collaborate with cross-functional leadership within the Supply Chain (Manufacturing /Engineering, Planning, and Distribution / Logistics) to ensure business unit goals are met, as well as with peers in other business units (Product Development and Field Services) to ensure alignment with Medifast core business objectives. This individual will manage an organization consisting of levels ranging from temps to Sr Managers and will interact with level up to and including C level. Currently, all heads are located domestically, but long term, may include global offices

This position works with several departments both internal and external to ensure material movement of product, raw materials, packaging, and mail items. Will provide direct and indirect supervision warehouse employees as it pertains to specific workflow, daily assignments including but not limited to ensuring data integrity in our computer systems, investigating inbound receiving issues and their root causes, troubleshooting general warehouse service failures and implementing solutions, ensure smooth flow of inventory throughout warehouse (includes receiving, inspection, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, billing, and HAZMAT.
The hours of this position is from 10:00am-6:30pm (hours may vary).

The Senior Database Administrator ensures the secure collection and storage of mission-critical, corporate data; making data available to the end user community on a secure, "need-to-know" basis; restoring all databases, while retaining full data integrity, to alternate systems in the event of a disaster or catastrophe; and managing all databases and related systems using the most current software and best practices in a secure, conservative manner to deliver these services to the user community.

The Raw Commodities Managers responsibility is to lead the commodity sourcing process both domestically and internationally by utilizing negotiating and relationship management expertise with vendors, strategizing methods of cost reduction, developing and analyzing financial allocations for raw materials and contributing valuable service to the company and its customers. The Manager will contribute to procurement department with legal and ethical means of ensuring lowest total cost of raw materials, clarifying vendor requirements and identifying opportunities for business improvement. The Project Engineer is the technical resource on key projects related to Growth, Cost Savings, and Quality Improvement. The position is responsible for designing and implementing manufacturing processes, equipment, and procedures to achieve the production goals of the organization.
