Responsible for greeting customers in a friendly, courteous manner, answering the telephone, setting appointments, filing, and administrative support tasks in a timely and accurate manner. A cheerful character and a helpful attitude are essential. This person must be well-groomed and dress professional.



Greet and assist customers and visitors via phone, email, and face-to-face interaction
Scan finished goods and blending paperwork into the internal docs/app database
Review all new finished goods and blending paperwork for accuracy and completion
Manage access cards for temp and permanent staff
Maintain locker assignments and uniform orders
Review attendance trackers from manufacturing personnel and prepares attendance notifications for supervisors to administer
Maintain inventory for building and GMP supplies (hairnets, beard nets, disposable suits etc.) and re-order per spreadsheet volume for inventory
Makes all necessary travel arrangements for OM employees and organizes meetings (company events to include town halls, summer picnics, etc.)
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and respond to correspondence as appropriate
Coordinates Employee Food orders with OM staff and corporate Admin


Front Desk Administrator manages all incoming visitors, incoming phone calls and all administrative duties assigned. 2 years of professional administrative support experience required.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; PowerPoint and has the ability to learn other software systems.
  • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
