Overview

MEDIFAST IS A COMPANY FOCUSING ON WELLNESS AND LIFELONG TRANSFORMATION FOR THE CUSTOMERS. DUE TO THE BUSINESS FAST GROWTH, THE SENIOR HYBRIS DEVELOPER WILL WORK WITH THE APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT MANGER TO PARTICIPATE OUR ECOMMERCE DEVELOPMENT AND THE INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION. THIS PERSON WILL DEMONSTRATE THE PROVEN KNOWLEDGE AND SUCCESS IN IMPLEMENTING THE HYBRIS B2C CUSTOMIZATION TO INTEGRATE WITH A VARIETY OF BACK END SYSTEMS AND LEADING/MENTORING DEVELOPERS.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on the overall design and customization of the multi-country rollouts of the B2C commerce site with the best practices.
  • Lead the onshore and offshore resources to deliver solutions on time and on budget.
  • Grow the Hybris knowledge in the team.
  • Collaborate with team members in developing applicable methodologies, tools and approaches.

Qualifications

  • BACHELOR'S DEGREE (B.S. OR B.A.) OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE IN A WEB DEVELOPMENT RELATED FIELD.
  • 8+ YEARS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE WITH AT LEAST 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE ON JAVA AND SPRING.
  • HANDS ON EXPERIENCE ON HYBRIS CORE ARCHITECTURE, COCKPITS, IMPEX, AND BACKOFFICE CUSTOMIZATION.
  • 3+ YEARS OF SAP HYBRIS 6.0+ COMMERCE DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE.
  • AT LEAST TWO HYBRIS IMPLEMENTATIONS, PREFERABLY B2C.
  • EXTENSIVE APPLICATION INTEGRATION EXPERIENCE USING API/MICROSERVICES.
  • EXPERIENCE WITH UNIT TESTING FRAMEWORKS AND CODE QUALITY STANDARDS.
  • KNOWLEDGE OF BROWSER COMPATIBILITY ISSUES AND OF CSS SUPPORT FOR BOTH MODERN AND LEGACY BROWSERS
  • EXPERIENCE BUILDING RICH CLIENT EXPERIENCES (WEB/MOBILE AND OR DESKTOP).
  • GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF DEVOPS/CICD PROCESSES AND AGILE METHODOLOGY.
  • IDEALLY HAVING EXPERIENCES TO LEAD TEAMS.
