    • Must review all paperwork required for accuracy before submission to supervisor.
    • Ensure safety of employees, ensure adherence to safety guidelines, and meet safety metrics.
    • Must perform visual checks of the pouches before startup of packaging and validate SPC targets are maintained every 30 minutes of packaging production.
    • Must train all employees assigned to Production Lead. Must complete 100% of monthly training requirements.
    • Ensure quality and food safety of all products produced and packed.
    • Ensure SOPs and other work rules and protocols are followed.


    • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
    • A minimum of two years’ experience in a food-manufacturing environment with at least six months in a leadership role.
    • Must be able to read and write English and be able to follow written and verbal directions.
    • Basic math, including ability to calculate simplistic formulas is required. Must have basic mechanical aptitude.
    • Basic computer skills to use MS Office suite, to enter data, prepare daily reports and communicate via email.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills are required, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and leadership ability.
    • Must be able to work independently and lead in the absence of supervision.
