The Sr. Manager, HRBP will partner with functional business leaders and associates within Medifast to implement key HR processes and programs. This role is responsible for providing HR support in the areas of employee relations, compliance, compensation, talent management, and organizational change.
The Sr. Manager, HRBP aligns business objectives with employees and management in designated business units and serves as a consultant to management on Human Resource related issues. The successful Sr. Manager, HRBP will act as employee champion and change agent, assesses and anticipates HR-related needs and formulates partnerships to deliver value added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.
