The Sr. Analyst plans, develops and implements market research programs that create a competitive advantage for Medifast through meaningful and actionable insights.
- Scope, design, fielding, and analysis of primary market research activities in the U.S. and key Asia markets – including outsourced and directly conducted research and third-party research aggregation.
- Design, manage, administer, and create insights from Medifast’s customer experience tracking system.
- Analysis of Medifast’s external environment using relevant data sources and providing regular reporting on trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Reporting and presentation of insights to senior leadership and functional teams.
