  • Overview

    The Supply Chain Product Commercialization Lead/Coordinator will be primarily responsible for the new product launch process from ideation to commercialization for internal and co-manufacturing production. The Supply Chain Product Commercialization Lead/Coordinator will communicate project scope and launch lead time requirements to external and internal stakeholders and will be accountable for managing cost, quality, and lead time factors through each stage of the process.


    • Works closely with the supply chain, product marketing, R&D, and other support departments to define project requirements and execute commercialization of new products and/or product improvements.
    • Works with a keen attention to detail to effectively update and communicate project plans and critical project tasks with appropriate internal and external stakeholders, up to and including the executive level
    • Builds strong working relationships with co-workers to build trust and credibility within the organization
    • Demonstrates a vested ownership of the commercialization of project progress and works to improve product time-to-market in a fast-paced work environment
    • Understands and consistently demonstrates a working mastery of the company’s product launch process and the critical path tasks required to execute a successful commercialization
    • Proactively manages and reports timelines to keep project tasks on schedule
    • Identifies and accounts for organizational risks/delays throughout project execution management and identifies opportunities to mitigate and manage risks effectively
    • Presents new project concepts, updates and next steps at project deployment and product launch team meetings
    • Responsible for executing cross-departmental supply chain process efficiency and cost savings projects
    • Other duties as assigned.


    • Undergraduate degree from a four-year college or university required; MS/MBA preferred
    • 3-5 years’ previous work experience with supply chain and/or product launch project management required
    • Demonstrated intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required, advanced skills preferred. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint required.
    • Previous experience using Microsoft Project and/or Smartsheet as a project management tool preferred
    • Demonstrated written communication and critical thinking skills required
    • Demonstrated strong presentation and verbal articulation skills required
    • Demonstrated ability to lead change efforts and adapt to changing business & project requirements
    • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP or alternative process improvement certification preferred (not required)
