    Responsibilities

    • Performs varied administrative duties in accordance with established Department/Company procedures.
    • Handles all aspects of communication to include phone, mail, emails, etc.
    • Manages calendars and schedules for multiple individuals.
    • Assists managers in preparing for meetings, presentations including develop and prepare agendas, schedules and materials and attend meetings as requested. Takes meeting notes and minutes. Makes arrangements for food and/or refreshments as requested.
    • Coordinates conference and travel arrangements; prepares itineraries and expense reports.
    • Manages expenses for multiple individuals. Collects receipts and prepares regular reporting in Concur, the current expense and travel management software. Submits all requests for approval accurately and on time.
    • Assists with a variety of projects for the staff as requested. 
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Associate’s Degree or a combination of equivalent education and experience in an administrative environment. 
    • 3 years’ experience in an administrative role. 
    • Prior experience with Concur or other expense and travel software highly preferred.
    • Superior interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication. Handles confidential information with discretion. 
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. 
    • Proficient in Microsoft office suite applications including Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while taking independent initiative and ownership.
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with tact and discretion. 
    • Ability to travel 5% of time
