  • Overview

    The Business & Process Analyst manages client & coach satisfaction research, provides industry and consumer insights in multiple geographies; and assists with project & program management, process analysis, and corporate planning.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop & execute ongoing Client & Coach satisfaction research, including developing research plans, applying research best practices, creation and distribution of reports, coding of surveys, development & presentation of insights to key decision-makers, and managing external research vendors
    • Research industry and consumer trends in multiple geographies, including Asia; analyze and integrate them to generate insights and present to key decision makers
    • Manage projects, analyze project data, identify risks & issues through leading teams, creating and maintaining project plans and project tracking; and driving collaboration across functional groups and geographies, including Asia
    • Create and maintain business process designs; develop and execute annual process audits

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in the field of Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, or Information Technology fields.
    • 3+ years of experience in execution of business analysis projects and/or project management.
    • Working knowledge of market research & quantitative analysis methods
    • Proven ability to support the design, development, and/or implementation of projects.
    • Proven knowledge and capability to execute research and analysis projects and develop insights that drive business decisions
    • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with others and facilitate collaboration across an organization.
    • Strong customer service orientation.
    • Ability to explain business insights and technical information to a wide variety of technical and non-technical individuals in a clear and accurate manner.
    • Self-directed and works well under minimal direction. Highly self-motivated.
    • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of MS Project or other scheduling tools.
