The Front Desk Administrator provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. This role is responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as other additional clerical duties.
Manages the front desk phones during core business hours.
Greets and assists guests in a professional, friendly and hospitable manner.
Answers, screens and properly directs telephone calls.
Assists in ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of supplies.
Orders and tracks employee food orders.
Assists departments with administrative projects.
Orders catering for meetings.
Assists with sales invoices for Medifast bulk orders.
Assists with expense reports for some executives.
Orders service awards monthly.
Perform general administrative duties.
Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
2 years of reception or office experience.
Experience in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Upbeat and positive attitude.
Very organized and detail oriented.
Professional telephone and email etiquette.
